'Villa Rosita' is a modern house, built and furnished in a mix of western & Sri Lankan style. It is bordering the lagoon in a quiet atmosphere, south of Negombo. Beach and swimming-pool are on walking distance.
It might be a wonderful beginning or end of your Sri Lankan adventure, it's only half an hour driving from the airport. But! .... It is a challenge for us to keep you happy and satisfied during your entire holiday in our country and do our utmost to make it an unforgettable experience for you.

Villa Rosita’s 2 air-conditioned double rooms with bathroom (H/C shower and toilet) are located on the gardenside of the house, with view on the peaceful Negombo-lagoon.
Guests can make use of the 'western-equipped' pantry with fridge.
IDD calls/ faxes and E-mail are all there for your convenience.

Bikes can be used to discover the surroundings and on the veranda is a table tennis.
Children will like to be in Villa Rosita, they can play (football) in the garden, but there’s also a swing and several games.

transfer to & from the airport!

His wife Rosita is an all round hostess and an excellent cook.             

She loves to make you feeling at home.

Lots of people got enthusiast about her Sri Lankan kitchen, but she’s also familiar with western tastes.
 

She loves gardening and keeps her house clean from top to bottom and takes care of your laundry on demand.
